Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments for sales team members
- Follow up with potential customers to provide additional information and answer questions
- Maintain customer database and update contact information as needed
- Assist with inventory control and management
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales team to meet sales targets

Experience:
- Previous experience in a business development or customer service role preferred
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of sales processes
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively
- Proficient in math and retail math calculations
- Multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $52,547.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Palos Hills, IL 60465: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
