Sales Support Specialist - Peak Performance Team

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Prepares/maintains complex tracking reports.
  • Manage Dealer Sign up and prepare and send welcome kits
  • Shipping promotional and sales materials to Business Development Managers and clients.
  • Logging all activity and client related data into the CRM
  • Assist with Dealer Launch and other procedures as assigned
  • Assist Business Development Managers with dealer systems training and product knowledge
  • Prepare monthly sales and production reports for Management as assigned.
  • Follow up with dealers to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support to them.
  • Prepare presentations and assist in organization of presentation materials
  • Manage and maintain product display areas.
  • Organize and maintain Product Samples & Literature.
  • Assisting Business Development Managers with monthly dealer billing and collections
  • Maintain organization of sales related documents.
  • Organizing and hosting Teams meetings and trainings for Business Development Team and dealers

 Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or 5 years proven administrative experience in the automotive environment.

  • At least five years of experience in a Sales Support position.
  • CRM and proficiency in Excel experience is a plus.
