```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system
- Assist with billing and coding tasks as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience working as a front desk receptionist in a dental or medical office preferred
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks, Eaglesoft, Epic, or other dental/medical office systems is a plus
- Strong knowledge of dental or medical terminology is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
